Boasting a Weighted Soil P.I. of 141.3, this farm is comprised mainly of prime Sable silty clay loam, Ipava silt loam, and Osco silt loam soil types.  Soil fertility is in excellent condition.  This farm is in an excellent location and is being sold without improvements.
