The Grusy farm is located between Danvers and Carlock, Illinois just 3 miles south of the I74 interchange at Carlock and 8 miles northwest of Bloomington/Normal, Illinois. This farm has an excellent soil productivity index of 140.9. Primary soils include Sable Silty Clay Loam and Ipava Silt Loam. The drainage ditch along the east side and through the northeast portion of the farm provides a drainage tile outlet. The Seller will credit the Buyer $25,000 to repair/construct a ditch crossing. The farm includes a 30’ x 60’ machine shed. The adjacent house site is not part of the farm. The Seller has completed fall tillage on the farm, and the Buyer will reimburse Seller $1,850 for this work. This farm will be sold at a live-in-person auction. Online bidding is available.
