The Henry & Clarice Dover Foundation Farm offers 76 acres +/- (to be surveyed) located  ¼ mile west of Cooksville, IL with convenient access from Route 165. This highly productive and high percentage tillable McLean County farm contains 76.41 FSA cropland acres and has a weighted soil PI of 131.9. The 5 year historical yield averages are 216.4 bushel per acre corn and 67.5 bushel per acre soybeans.

The Seller will retain the 2021 cash rent and will terminate the existing lease following the 2021 crop harvest. Tenancy will be open for 2022. Farm will be surveyed prior to auction and will be sold based on surveyed acres. The August 25th auction will be held at the Cooksville Fire Department at 10 A.M.
