LAND AUCTION – 11/04/2022

The James Farm consists of 81.5 +/- tax acres located 5 miles north of Charleston and 1.3 miles east of IL-130 on Co. Rd. 1500N. This farm consists of 82.2 FSA acres with a soil productivity index of 143.2. The primary soils include Drummer Silty Clay Loam and Flanagan Silt Loam. The farm is signed up for a wind lease option with Coles Wind, LLC. Lease review is available upon request. There are no improvements, and the tenancy is open for the 2023 crop year.

The live in-person auction will be held at 10:00 AM November 4, 2022, at the Unique Suites Hotel, 920 W. Lincoln Ave., Charleston, IL 61920. Virtual online bidding will be offered to those wishing to bid remotely.
