The Miller farms are located between Anchor and Sibley, IL or 26-30 miles east of Bloomington/Normal, IL. These farms include 162.54 +/- surveyed acres in Anchor Township, McLean County and 240.12 +/- surveyed acres in Sullivant Township, Ford County. The farms will be offered at auction as 5 tracts and sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method. The excellent soil productive indexes on these farmland tracts range from 141.7 to 143.7. Primary soils include Drummer Silty Clay Loam, Drummer & Elpaso Silty Clay Loam, Flanagan Silt Loam and Brenton Silt Loam. The five year yield history on the McLean/Ford county tracts are 227/241 bushel corn and 71/75 bushel soybeans. The middle tract of the 240 acres has a 60’ x 90’ machine shed with a 29.5’ x 17’ slider door on the east end. Lease right for the 2022 crop year are open. The Seller will retain the 2021 crop and government payments. The Ford County 240 +/- acres has a Wind Energy Easement Agreement signed with Sibley Wind, LLC.
