The JC Maurer Estate Farms are located 1.5 miles northwest of Danvers, IL or 14 miles west of Bloomington-Normal, IL. These farms will be offered at auction on February 22, 2022 at 1 p.m. as 4 tracts and sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method.

Tract 1: 80.06 +/- surveyed acres and includes a 72’ x 72’ pole machine shed, 40’ x 30’ block garage and working water well/pump. The soil PI is 135.9.

Tract 2: 117.80 +/- surveyed acres acres. The soil PI is 135.4.

Tract 3 : 36 +/- real estate tax acres. The soil PI is 133.3.

Tract 4: 20 +/- real estate acres and includes 2 grain bins with capacities of 12,000 and 8,000 bushels. The soil PI is 127.4.
