The farm will be offered in one tract, based upon surveyed acres. The farm is mostly tillable level to slightly undulating row-crop farmland with the east boundary being Pike Creek. The creek provides an excellent outlet for drainage tile. The farm is mainly Ashkum-Chenoa soils with a weighted soil productivity index of 130.3. There is open tenancy for 2024 crop year and no buyer’s premium being charged.
