LAND AUCTION – 03/30/2022

The Kinsella & Schmidt Farm is located on Rt. 165 and adjacent to Merna, Il, only 4 miles east of Bloomington, IL. These Class A farms will be offered at auction on March 30, 2022 at 10 a.m. as 2 tracts and sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method.

Tract 1-A: 58.97 surveyed acres with a soil P.I. of 138.2 and 98.4% tillable.

Tract 2-B:  58.97 surveyed acres with a soil P.I of 141.3 and 99.3% tillable.

Predominant soil types for both tracts include: Ipava silt loam, Sable silty clay loam, Catlin silt loam and Osco silt loam.

There are no improvements on either tract. The existing cash rent lease for the 2022 crop year will be assigned to the buyer of each tract with the buyer(s) entitled to the entire 2022 cash rent by tract.
