The Norma J Scott Trust Farm is located 2 miles north and 1 mile west of Cooksville, IL or 9 miles east and 4 miles north of Bloomington-Normal, IL or 4.5 miles south and 1.5 miles east of Lexington, IL on Township Road 2000N. The farm is 99% tillable and comprised mainly of El Paso-Drummer silty clay loam, Saybrook silt loam, and Raub silt loam soil types carrying a soil productivity index rating of 132.8. There are no improvements on the farm other than a 345KV electrical tower on the west boundary of the farm. The farm is under a cash rent lease for 2022.  A credit for the second half of the 2022 rent will be given to the Buyer at closing.  It contains optimal fertility and has always been a good producer with no drainage or tile issues according to the tenant, Ron Brucker.
