The Patricia A. Yoder Revocable Trust Farm consists of 76.54 +/- surveyed acres located ¾ mile east and ¾ mile north of Congerville, IL at the corner of CR 1850 East and CR 275 North. The farm will be offered in one tract, based upon surveyed acres. The farm is mostly tillable undulating farmland with a small ~2.2 acres of timber in the northeast corner. That timber is contiguous to timber reaching all the way to the Mackinaw River less than a mile away.
