Known locally as the Rueckert Farm, 158.07 +/- surveyed acres of tillable farmland and mature timber are being offered Buyer’s Choice and Privilege in 4 Tracts sized for a variety of visions. In addition to offering tillable acres for income generation, all tracts provide excellent hunting opportunities for whitetail deer. Conveniently located 12 miles south of Bloomington and just northeast of Heyworth on County Highway 35 and 400N Rds., but peacefully secluded off the beaten path. Tracts 1 and 2 are both buildable and sized 20.97 +/- and 41.69 +/- acres, respectively. Tracts 3 and 4 are sized 62.14 +/- and 33.27 +/- acres respectively and primarily row-cropped, but also provide excellent recreational access to Kickapoo Creek.
