This farm is located 1.5 miles northwest of El Paso, IL, 17 miles north of Bloomington-Normal, and 29 miles east of Peoria. As a result, the top ten sealed bids will be invited to a private auction on November 20, 2020 where they will be afforded the opportunity to raise bids to determine a final high bidder.
