The Dunn Trusts Farmland Auction offers 96.9 +/- acres in two tracts located nine miles west of Taylorville, Illinois. Both tracts consist of mostly tillable class A soils with Tract 1 being system pattern tiled in 2021. There is open tenancy for the 2024 crop year and no buyer’s premium being charged.
Tract 1: 40 +/- acres with a soil Pi of 134.6.
Tract 2: 56.9 +/- acres with a soil PI of 135.4.
