LAND AUCTION – 11/30/2021

The Floyd Davenport Trust Farmland Auction will give buyers an opportunity to purchase over 950 acres of farmland in DeWitt County.  This land it made up of mostly class A tillable farmland with a few small tracts with timber and recreational property.  In addition, 3 tracts have wind energy agreement income and several tracts are located close to the town of Clinton Illinois. This information has been updated as of November 17, 2021 - please see updated brochure.  There are a total of 16 tracts available for purchase.  This auction has something for every buyer.

The Seller will retain the 2021 crop income and pay all the 2021 crop expenses. Tenancy will be open for 2022.  All tracts will be surveyed prior to auction and will be sold based upon surveyed acres.  Please contact Dan Patten at dpatten@firstmid.com or 309-530-1575 or additional information.

The November 30, 2021, auction will be held at the Clinton Country Club at 10 A.M. Virtual online bidding will be offered to those wishing to bid remotely.
