The Glasscock Farm consists of 212.84 +/- acres located within 5 miles southeast of Windsor, Illinois and within 11 miles southwest of Mattoon, Illinois in eastern Shelby County.  This farm will be sold by Buyer’s Choice and Privilege in 5 tracts. Tract 1 (39.36 +/- acres), Tract 4 (60.00 +/- acres), and Tract 5 (80.00 +/- acres) are all a majority of highly productive tillable acreage. Tract 2 (17.60 +/- acres) and Tract 3 (15.88 +/- acres) are smaller parcels but are mostly tillable acreage comprised of productive soils. Contact listing broker, Cory A.
