LAND AUCTION – 01/14/2021

This farm will be offered in 2 tracts of 81.67 and 159.13 acres+/- auctioned via choice and privilege. The farms are 5 miles southeast of Heyworth, Illinois or 7 miles south of Downs, Illinois. Primarily Class A soils primarily include Ipave, Sable, and Osco silt loams.  Average Soil Productivity Indexes are 139.2 and 139.6 on Tracts 1 and 2. The farm will be sold on surveyed acres and will not include the building site on Tract 2. Lease for 2021 is open. Due to COVID-19 precautions sealed bids will be due to our Bloomington, IL office at 12:00 Noon on January 12, 2021.  Similar to most of our auctions in the past, we are asking bidders to complete a sealed bid form before the auction to register to bid.  In the current environment we must limit the number of attendees.  As a result, the top twelve sealed bids will be invited to a private auction on January  14, 2021 where they will be afforded the opportunity to raise bids to determine a final high bidder on each tract. Qualified Bidders will have the option of attending the private auction in person or remotely via our online bidding platform.
