LAND AUCTION – 12/14/2023

The Joseph P. Hackett Farm offers 120 +/- acres in two tracts located 1.5 miles east of Tuscola, IL.  Both tracts consist of mostly Class A soils.  Tract 1 provides a 7.3 acre CRP Filter Strip along the open ditch, which also provides an outlet for any future tiling improvements.  There is open tenancy for the 2024 crop year and no buyer’s premium being charged.

Tract 1: 80 +/- acres with 79 FSA cropland acres, of which 7.3 are in CRP, and a soil PI of 139.4.
Tract 2: 40 +/- acres with 39.68 FSA cropland acres and a soil PI of 141.3.
