The Joseph Toman Trust consists of 173.36 +/- surveyed acres in Sumner Township, Kankakee County. Located 2.7 miles east of Manteno, IL on 5000 E at 9000N Rd. These farms will be offered at auction on November 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. as 2 tracts and sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method. Acres subject to change pending final survey.
Tract 1: 84.12 +/- (surveyed acres and sold by surveyed acres). The soil PI is 122.5 and includes a Quonset shed, crib and small outdoor building.
Tract 2: 89.24 +/- (surveyed acres and sold by surveyed acres) The soil PI is 117.1.
