The Kolb Farms are located ~4 miles north of Roanoke, or ~27 miles northeast of Peoria, IL in Woodford County. These prime, Class A farms will be offered in two tracts: Tract #1: 100 +/- acres and Tract #2: 20 +/- acres. Tracts will be offered as a “Choice and Privilege” live, in-person auction format with remote bidding options. This farm has a high percentage of tillable acres on each tract. The soils are primarily El Paso silty clay loam and Flanagan silt loam with a weighted soil PI of 143.2 on Tract #1 and 142.7 on Tract #2. Tenancy will be open for 2022.
