The Krischel Farm consists of 160 +/- acres in Groveland Township, LaSalle County located 2.5 miles east of Rutland, IL, or 8 miles southeast of Wenona, IL. These farms will be offered at auction on February 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM as 2 tracts and sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method.

Tract 1: 80 +/- acres (tract to be surveyed and sold by surveyed acres) The soil PI is 131.4. There is a wind energy transmission line agreement on this tract.

Tract 2: 80 +/- acres (tract to be surveyed and sold by surveyed acres) The soil PI is 131.9. The farm includes a 30’ x 36’ Quonset shed. There are 2 CRP contracts for waterways.
