LAND AUCTION – 03/06/2024

The Leona Holle Brian Trust Farm consists of 161.96 +/- surveyed acres and will be sold as 2 contiguous tracts. This quality farm is located in Downs Township, McLean County. It is located 1 mile southeast of Downs, IL or 8 miles southeast of Bloomington, IL.

Tract 1: 81.04 +/- surveyed acres. The soil PI is 135.8 and includes a shed, outbuilding and drilled well (all sold in “as is” condition). Predominant soi types include Catlin silt loam, Sable silty clay loam and Ipava silt loam.

Tract 2: 80.92 +/- surveyed acres. The soil PI is 136.2 with predominant soil types of Sable silty clay loam, Ipava silt loam and Dana silt loam.

These farms will be offered at auction on March 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Evergreen FS auditorium located at 402 N. Hershey RD, Bloomington, IL using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method.
