The Lucy Hospelhorn Trust Farms will be offered at public auction December 2, 2022 in a Virtual-Live Online format 11:00 AM. There are 2 Tracts to be sold by real estate tax acres of 60+/- Acres Tract 1 and 38.11 +/- Acres Tract #2 and are located northwest of Hudson, IL in McLean County.

Tract 1 tillable acres possess a 128.6 soil PI.  Tract 1 also possesses a small barn and nearly 17 acres of pasture with excellent hunting possibilities as it rests adjacent to Comlara Park.  Tract 2 is comprised of prime Ipava and Sable soils with a 141.0 soil PI.  There are no building improvements on Tract 2.
