LAND AUCTION – 03/29/2022
The Prince Family Farms are located 2 miles northwest of Cullom, IL or 16 miles east of Pontiac, IL. These farms will be offered at auction on March 29, 2022 at 10 a.m. as 3 tracts and sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method.
Tract 1: 93.5 +/- real estate tax acres with a soil PI of 126.1.
Tract 2: 80 +/- real estate tax acres with a soil PI of 127.8.
Tract 3 : 80 +/- real estate tax acres with a soil PI of 126.4.
Predominant soil types include Reddick clay loam, Ashkum silty clay loam, Peotone silty clay loam and Pella silty clay loam. The tracts are leased for 2022 under a 50/50 crop share lease with Jim Kerrins. Seller will assign the leases to the buyer(s). Buyer(s) will receive 2022 crop income and pay crop expenses. Buyer(s) will reimburse Seller for fertilizer applied in the fall – see brochure for details. All 3 tracts are under Agreement with EDF Renewables – Livingston Wind Project LLC.
