The R. Burnett & Mary G. Miller Trust Farmland Auction offers 152.27 +/- surveyed acres in two tracts located 4.5 miles northwest of Mattoon, Illinois. Both tracts consist of mostly tillable class A soils. There is open tenancy for the 2024 crop year and no buyer’s premium being charged.
Tract 1: 83.30 +/- surveyed acres with a soil PI of 139.4.
Tract 2: 68.97 +/- surveyed acres with a soil PI of 140.3
The farm will be offered in a Virtual Online-Only format. Bids can be made online by registering through the First Mid Ag Service’s mobile app or firstmidag.bidwrangler.com.
