The William F Hubble Family Trust Farms are located around Decatur, Illinois in seven tracts.  The farms offer investment grade farmland with prime soils, excellent yield histories, and access to great grain markets.  Tract sizes span from 22.43 +/- acres to 113 +/- acres with Tracts 2, 100 +/- acres, & Tract 3, 80 +/- acres, laying side by side.  The soil productivity index ratings range from 134.8-143.1 with Drummer, Flanagan, Catlin & Drummer Milford silty clay loams and silt loams being the predominant Class A soil types. These farms will be sold using the “Choice and Privilege” auction method.  The live, in-person auction will be held at 10:00 AM March 8, 2022, at the Decatur Conference Center in the Kirkland Room located at 4191 US 36 West Decatur, IL 62522. Virtual online bidding will be offered to those wishing to bid remotely.
