LAND AUCTION – 12/16/2022

The Tobein Tegard Estate Farm consists of 110.19 +/- surveyed acres located 3 miles south and ½ mile east of El Paso, IL and 12 miles north of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois in southeastern Woodford County. The farm is a mixed use property with cropland, prairie grass strips and non-tillable with timber along Wolf Creek, just ¼ mile north of the El Paso Golf Club. FSA Cropland Acres are 82.25, with a little over 66 acres currently in row crop production. Roughly 25 acres is in timber and non-tillable along Wolf Creek. There is deeded access from 700N road along Wolf Creek, the west side from 700N road and an easement at the east side from 700N road. The Tegard Farm will be auctioned via a virtual live online auction and sold based upon surveyed acres, which are still being determined.
