Tract #1, 121.0+/- acres, boasts a Soil Productivity Index of 143.0 with mainly Drummer, Brenton, and Flanagan soil types and contains CRP Filter Strips along Wolf Creek that provides outlets for drainage. Tract #2, 40.0+/- acres with a Soil Productivity Index of 140.0, is comprised mainly of Drummer and Clare soil types.
